Chocolate In Every Breakfast

Breakfast is the second word in Bed & Breakfast and The Hillcrest Inn & Carriage House takes it very seriously. Not only do we serve a great four course breakfast, but we also include "Chocolate In Every Breakfast".

As you arrive at the table, juice, coffee/tea, and a fruit presentation await you. Some of our favorite fruit offerings are fried apples, melon-lime sorbet, or a delightful plate of fresh melons and berries. Some bread types served are Peanutbutter Chocolate Chip muffins, Craisin Pecan bread or Orange Peel Poundcake. Our morning meals tend to alternate between egg entrees and something that may need syrup, in order to delight your palate in different ways each day. Scrambled eggs on a split croissant, Spinach Feta Quiche, Cheesy Artichoke Egg Bake, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, or Stuffed French Toast are served with ham, sausages or bacon.

Is your mouth starting to water? Well let us tell you about dessert. Whether we serve Dark Chocolate Tarte with Raspberry Coulis, Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Orange Torte, or a Powdered Sugar Brownie, you will be sure to be delighted. Menu items, dinnerware and table linens rotate with the seasons. As mentioned above, we take breakfast seriously. Join us.
